Based at the Eagan location, Drugg has expanded the company’s marketing analytics function and integrated its work with that of cross-functional business insights teams to spot opportunities for marketplace impact. This has contributed to the company’s continuous year-over-year double-digit growth. A focus on partner experience also informs Drugg’s marketing leadership and includes Destination Marvin. Hosted in Marvin’s rural home base of Warroad, Minnesota, the program offers participants perspective on the enterprise, from manufacturing practices to community involvement. Since its 2022 launch, the program has grown 285%, welcoming over 1,700 guests last year alone.
