Louis Lambert brings 25 years of expertise in corporate law to APi Group. Lambert leads the New Brighton-based business services provider’s legal strategy and governance, drawing from his significant experience in public-company governance, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and executive compensation. Previously, he worked at Polaris, 3M, and General Mills. Committed to service and inclusion, he is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and a past fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. He also serves on the board of directors for Wilderness Inquiry, where he chairs the governance committee.
