Linda Ireland brings 30 years of corporate experiences to her board service. In 2015, she joined the board of St. Paul-based Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare. “There has been a notable energy within our board of directors since the moment Linda walked into Gillette for [her] board interviews,” says Gillette president and CEO Barbara Joers. Dedicated to amplifying the board’s mission to advocate for children’s health care and disability rights, Ireland has served in several leadership positions, including chair of the governance committee, chair of the quality and safety committee, and member of the executive committee. In each role, she has assured fiduciary and strategic oversight, helping the board advance DEI goals, quality assurance, and performance improvement. Adds Joers, “Linda has a deep understanding of our unique care model and purpose in the Minnesota health care ecosystem.”
