Lauri Droster spent more than two decades as a top-producing financial adviser at Minneapolis-based RBC Wealth Management before being named to her current role as complex director of the RBC Wealth Management St. Paul Complex in August 2020. One of only two women complex directors in the firm, Droster leads a staff of 170 with about $16.5 billion in assets. She has increased production in her complex by 24% and assets by 37%, a significant success in the pandemic environment. Droster is passionate about advancing women and has served on the Women’s Association of Financial Advisors at RBC for seven years, two of them as president.
