Known in the industry as the go-to for insight on suburban space and return-to-workplace trends, Kristin Myhre leads the privately held development, acquisition, and asset management company Eagle Ridge Partners in Minneapolis. She’s led significant, sustained growth in tenant and square footage, and under her leadership, ERP transformed a seven-building, single-story west metro development and sold it for $91 million in September, one of the largest suburban deals in the Twin Cities to date.
