Krista Dusil joined Minneapolis-based nonprofit Be The Match in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of health care leadership experience across functions including finance, product, and operations. She’s committed to the mission and vision of Be The Match, which runs the National Marrow Donor Program, widely considered the most diverse registry of its kind in the world. With that keen understanding, Dusil is looking for forward-thinking strategic initiatives to continue growing the organization. In addition to financial leadership, Dusil plays a pivotal role advising on the organization’s strategic plan pricing. Prior to joining Be The Match, Dusil served in finance leadership roles at Sanvello Health and UnitedHealth Group.
