Kelly Johnson recently served as primary architect of a five-year growth plan at RBC, where she has worked for 24 years. In that capacity, she overhauled and streamlined the Minneapolis-based wealth management firm’s recruitment and acquisition infrastructure. In late 2025, she was promoted to chief revenue officer for RBC’s Clearing and Custody division. In the 18 months prior, Johnson had managed relationships for more than 20 investment firms, overseeing $35 billion in client assets and delivering 5% annual revenue growth. Her efforts have solidified RBC’s competitive standing in the clearing and custody space, the company reports, specifically within the regional market.
