Katie Monger brings broad experience to Copeland Buhl, having served in nearly every functional role within a CPA firm. In 2025, she led the transition of an emerging businesses segment into the Plymouth-based accounting and advisory firm, a shift designed to better serve owner-managed businesses with strong ties to Minnesota. She led and coordinated a cross-departmental team of outsourced accounting professionals and tax managers. Monger overall manages about 90 client groups while leading an internal team of 22 professionals.
