Katie Lammers has helped shape a culture of mentorship and collaboration at Heimerl & Lammers, managing a team of 15 attorneys and staff. She handles high-stakes custody, financial, and appellate cases across Minnesota, leading continued growth in the Minnetonka-based firm’s family law division. Lammers has inspired her team to look beyond the courtroom, launching efforts to create educational content and social media resources for clients and other family law attorneys. In 2024 and 2025, she has served as co-chair of the AAML Divorce Camp, a major professional development event that brings together Minnesota’s family law community for higher learning.
