Since 2020, Justin Terch has championed HR and business issues with lawmakers and advocated for the HR profession and the businesses it supports through his service on the board for the Minneapolis-based Minnesota SHRM State Council (MNSHRM). During his time as director-elect of MNSHRM’s executive board, Terch led the largest statewide conference for the organization and achieved record attendance and revenue. As a relationship-oriented leader, Terch is committed to connecting the 11 SHRM chapters supported by MNSHRM, strengthening the bonds between the chapters and the State Council. Terch is president of Terch & Associates, a consulting firm that provides executive search, retained HR support, and investigative services, and he is set to serve as MNSHRM’s director through 2026.
