Julie Kimble was one of the few women in commercial real estate when she began her career in the mid-1980s as a development assistant at Boisclair Corp. In the course of her career, she’s developed and leased more than 4 million square feet of commercial real estate across the country. Her broad network and experience helped St. Paul-based KimbleCo secure new business even during the pandemic. It’s not the first challenging market she’s weathered, and those who work with her know she always stays positive and shows compassion. Kimble is president of the National Association of Women Business Owners’ Minnesota chapter.
