John Erickson has played an integral role at Stearns Bank since he began contributing his talents in 2011. Last year, for example, he secured more than $60 million in nonprofit lending, helping nonprofits across Minnesota and nationwide further commit to their missions and serve their communities. As a leader at the St. Cloud bank, Erickson has combined affiliative and democratic approaches, where people come first and team input is encouraged. Erickson is also deeply involved in the community, as a board member of Sertoma, a local service group for people experiencing hearing health issues, and as a board member of the Quiet Oaks Hospice House.
