Tapping more than 30 years’ experience in IT and consulting, Jennifer Turnquist serves as vice president of client development for Genesis10’s Dev10 talent creation program. Upon creation of the program in 2018, Turnquist took on responsibilities at the program’s St. Paul location. She partners with employers to solve IT talent shortages by recruiting local STEM graduates and overseeing a three-month immersive training program in Java, REST, and Spring. She aids in the national expansion of Dev10, as well, and has delivered nearly 600 hires. “Jenn doesn’t just open doors for women in STEM. She builds the system behind the door so more women can walk through it, thrive, and advance,” says Angelia Brekke, Dev10 president.
