Jennifer Lundblad has led Stratis Health as CEO for 20 years. The nonprofit quality improvement organization, based in Bloomington, expanded programs last year that focus on rural health and opioid use disorder in Minnesota and nationwide. The organization also secured the next iteration of two programs set to improve care for older adults and Native American tribal members. As part of Stratis’ program to improve care for older adults with chronic conditions, the organization helped achieve improvement rates in Medicare beneficiaries across a range of conditions. Stratis also collaborated with 14 new partners last year and projected 6% revenue growth for 2025. The organization reports it contributed to a 25% drop in overdose deaths in Minnesota in 2024.
