An accomplished litigator with a Pharm.D. and Ph.D. in pharmacy, Jennell Bilek handles complex civil litigation for Minneapolis-based law firm Carlson Caspers. She represents clients in patent litigations across the U.S., and before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Her non-litigation practice focuses on keeping clients out of court. Bilek brings firsthand experience, having worked in research labs developing compounds and devices, as a community pharmacist and deputy director of the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. She is also an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. She was formerly chair of the Hennepin Healthcare Foundation’s board and is now president-elect of the American Society for Pharmacy Law.
