Gretchen Cudak is a fierce advocate for mental health and those in need of services at Fraser, Minnesota’s largest provider of autism and early childhood mental health services. As a board member of the Minneapolis-based organization, she’s involved with the HR committee and the marketing and development committee. Her peers say she is an active advocate for autism, mental and behavioral health, and disability services, and works to find individual and corporate connections to bring in donor support. In 2023, she advocated for a grant from the St. Paul Garden Club that allowed Fraser to welcome guests with flowers at the Fraser Sensory Building during the Minnesota State Fair and brighten the children’s playground at Fraser School in Richfield.
