Since joining Robert Half in 2009, Elizabeth Hang has been a driving force to expand the Bloomington-based firm’s HR services division. She and her team have consistently achieved the No. 1 spot in global revenue within the division, and Hang has mentored new markets that are launching HR practice groups nationwide. Throughout her tenure, she has placed more than 1,700 HR professionals in both consulting and full-time roles; introduced more than 300 clients to Robert Half’s technology, legal, and administrative services division; and surpassed a $20 million milestone in her career—an achievement reached by less than 5% of employees, says regional director Jennifer Carlson.
