Under Macias, the bank also launched business-to-business and business-to-consumer digital go-to-market strategies, which generated loan growth and increased new deposit accounts. She has heightened MidWestOne’s regional visibility by refreshing its PR and social media approach, too, effectively modernizing the institution.
