In seven years at Bullseye Media, Dylan Lamb has led with a strategic mind and an ability to navigate complex decisions. He advocates for equity and in the last year has launched efforts to prioritize mental wellness at the Minneapolis-based company, pushed for inclusive hiring practices, and mentored up-and-coming leaders across departments. He also systemized creative operations to center on a “hero’s journey” storytelling philosophy. “He’s the first to bring up last night’s Timberwolves game—comparing what happens in the Bullseye office to what happened on the court—and the last to let a teammate walk away without feeling seen and supported,” says CPO Ashley Neumann.
