Since Diana Geseking began her tenure with Restaurant Technologies (RT) five years ago, the company has grown from just under 29,000 customers to almost 40,000. She oversees a variety of legal functions for the Mendota Heights-based business, which provides cooking oil management for the restaurant industry. She also oversees all corporate social responsibility initiatives, including helping establish RT’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) committee, which she chairs. Under Geseking’s leadership, RT released its first ESG report in 2022, implemented the biannual ESG Chronicle, hired its first ESG program manager, and is developing its next report. She also leads RT’s diversity advisory team to promote DEI efforts across the company.
