A leader with a diverse, cross-functional background, De’Mon Wiggins runs Golden Valley-based Pentair’s Flow segment, a $1.5 billion business and leading provider of innovative solutions that help move water for municipal, commercial, and industrial customers. For the past two years, he has served as the executive sponsor for Pentair’s Black employee network. Wiggins is also the co-executive sponsor of Pentair’s partnership with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, working together to advance diversity and inclusion. One key initiative, Career Development Training Camp, powered by Pentair, is designed to create and accelerate career pathway opportunities for BIPOC university students. With his leadership, six camps have been held over the past two years, with a total attendance of nearly 400 students.
