Deborah Vannelli began her career with commercial real estate investment firm Upland Real Estate Group in Minneapolis more than 25 years ago. She’s led her team to complete more than 950 net lease sales transactions, valued in excess of $2.8 billion. Despite industry challenges the past 18 months, she has closed more than 100 net lease sales transactions. Significant local deals include Tesla in Maplewood, Fleet Farm in Monticello, and Hobby Lobby in West St. Paul. She’s a past president and current member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women and active in other industry groups locally and nationally.
