Since he came to Fafinski Mark & Johnson nearly 15 years ago, David Ness has built a team of six full-time estate planning attorneys and helped develop a probate and trust litigation team with five attorneys, making the Eden Prairie-based firm's estate planning practice one of the larger dedicated teams in Minnesota. In the last year, Ness has focused on continuing to grow the practice, adding a new associate and expanding the client base significantly. He regularly appears at organizations in the Twin Cities to provide estate planning training at a low or no cost and has represented a number of fraternal insurance organizations and councils.
