Christopher Bellini has been a leader at Cozen O’Connor’s Minneapolis office since its early days, navigating deals for clients ranging from $50 million to $500 million. Notable recent transactions include a $155 million acquisition of a crypto-mining company; a $110 million cross-border business sale requiring alignment with a separate related transaction; and the sale of a $40 million custom plastics company. Bellini’s client-centric approach has led to lasting relationships, with many clients retaining his counsel for more than 15 years. Earlier this year, he was also named co-vice chair office managing partner in Minneapolis, providing mentorship to young associates and expanding his focus on market growth.
