Christine Hobrough oversees all banking centers and is deeply involved in partnership activities with Bremer Bank, which became a division of Old National following an acquisition finalized in early May. At the North St. Paul location, Hobrough has led the restructuring of banking center roles with a focus on career paths. She has built a career-progression program for bankers and advocated for improved communication, technology, and resources as Old National continues to grow. According to bank president Julie McDonough, Hobrough “has a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and coming up with solutions that improve both the team member and client experience.”
