A Marine Corps veteran and member of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa, Charles Dolson has served on the board of the St. Paul-based Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans since 2021. His commitment to modernizing the council’s practices and policies has resulted in active oversight of MACV’s financial health, contract review protocols, and board recruitment. Dolson is also on the board of the Beltrami County Historical Society and served on the board of the Bemidji Community Theater for two years. He is CEO of Red Lake Inc., managing stakeholders, engaging with the company board, overseeing its financial health, and ensuring ethical business practices.
