Cathy Bovard is a leader who provides mentorship, development, depth of knowledge, and advocacy for her employees at D’Amico Catering and for the hospitality industry at large in her role as board chair for Hospitality Minnesota. Her recipe for successful events includes attentive service, detailed project management, and thoughtful staff training. Hired by D’Amico & Partners in 2007, she’s been rising through the ranks ever since and currently oversees all of D’Amico Catering, including 11 exclusive venues and several restaurant concepts throughout the Twin Cities. With a focus on staff satisfaction and team unity, she spearheaded the launch of an internal team member newsletter, a quarterly dining club meeting, and regular companywide Zoom meetings to share successes and stories.
