Since joining Bridgewater Bank in 2017, Ben Klocke has guided some of the St. Louis Park-based bank’s most significant milestones. He has overseen a wide range of matters, from public filing rules to complex loan documentation to vendor contracts. Klocke has provided strategic counsel during some watershed moments: Bridgewater’s 2018 IPO, the construction of the bank’s corporate headquarters, the 2024 acquisition of First Minnetonka City Bank, and four subordinated debt offerings, among others. With his legal advice, Bridgewater navigated these initiatives and has grown its assets from $1.3 billion in 2017 to $5.3 billion as of June 2025.
