In her 13-year career with Davis, based in Minneapolis, Anne Madyun has shown excellence in health care real estate, even amid tough economic times. Madyun and her brokerage partner manage the leasing of a medical portfolio including more than 50 buildings, and she has achieved consistent year-over-year revenue growth, on track this year to surpass 2024’s record revenue. Since the start of 2024, Madyun and her team have brought eight medical buildings to 100% occupancy and have completed more than 70 transactions totaling $116 million in lease value. Madyun also demonstrates commitment to Minnesota’s commercial real estate community through her four-year board service with MNCREW, a network for women in commercial real estate. There, she proved instrumental in forming the nonprofit’s culture and inclusion committee.
