In response to an ongoing tech talent shortage, Angelia Brekke’s strategic guidance has positioned Dev10 as a leading program for reskilling individuals from nontraditional backgrounds into high-demand tech roles, including software development and data engineering. After spearheading the program in 2018 under Genesis10, Brekke has led the program’s expansion by introducing a new scrum master track (a guide who leads a team in software development), further addressing the needs of an evolving tech industry. Under her leadership, Dev10 has placed more than 1,600 consultants since its inception, with 96% of them accepting permanent positions with the program’s clients; 64% of the Dev10 associates identify as diverse and 24% as women. Brekke served on the board of MNTech and has provided national leadership for Genesis10’s diverse portfolio of business and technology talent management services.
