Aarica L. Coleman leads with passion and a commitment to social and reparative justice, especially in the housing and economic development space. As board secretary of Minneapolis Area Realtors, she leverages more than 20 years of experience in real estate, development finance, property management, community planning, and public administration to guide policies and programs to support more equitable home ownership in the Twin Cities and beyond. With four years on the realtors’ board, Coleman is next in line as president-elect. This board service complements her current role as president and CEO of Land Bank Twin Cities, where she guides the vision and strategic focus to capture real estate opportunities for low-to-moderate-income households, with an emphasis on BIPOC individuals.
