At Roers Companies, Burgundy Kolles leads in-house design, purchasing, and construction management teams. Her work has been transformational: She built a one-person internal design team into a group of seven, and she launched the Plymouth-based property investment company’s purchasing department. In 2024, that department delivered nearly $6 million in approved savings through value engineering. Kolles has also led her team in securing 48 national vendor partnerships, driving down costs and increasing flexibility and control across developments.
