How do I make an address change?

Please include a magazine label in addition to providing the new address. Or you may send us the name and address your magazine is currently being mailed to, along with your account number. See the sample address label below to locate your account number. You may also visit customer care to change your address online. Or call us at (612) 339-7571 to change your address.

Please note that magazine labels are printed in advance, so it can take several weeks before your label reflects a change.

I missed an issue. Can I get a replacement?

Absolutely, as long as we have copies available. Call us at (612) 339-7571 and ask for the subscription department.

My issue arrived in damaged condition. Can I get it replaced?

I’m getting two copies each month. How can I stop the duplication?

We’ll need the account numbers off both magazine labels in addition to the name and address they are being sent to. Notify us by calling (612) 339-7571.

Are back issues of Twin Cities Business  available for purchase?

Yes, based on availability. Back issues are $8 total including shipping and handling. If you know the issue you are interested in, call the circulation department at (612) -339-7571 with a VISA, MasterCard or AMEX number.
