After purchasing the Physical Electronics building, the developer sold a third of it and demolished the rest of the structure to create a 10-plus acre site for the Superior Office Center. Its X-shaped footprint makes this Class-A project efficient for both large and small tenants. Multi-colored brick, low-e tinted glass, and champagne-colored window mullions comprise the exterior materials. The site has extensive landscaping and features coordinated signage. The building is attracting tenants by offering lower rents than many of the multistory buildings in the area. A high-efficiency HVAC system, the window glass, and a rain garden reduce the project’s environmental impact.
