A photo-processing company required a facility that would serve multiple functions. The company’s printing and production area acts as a hub, connecting with sales and customer service, technology infrastructure, and materials warehousing. High ceilings and many windows reflect the interaction between departments. The building exterior features charcoal gray brick over a textured masonry with bright aluminum trim. In order to complete the project by an agreed-upon date, the owner, architect and engineer, and contractor executed a three-party development agreement to manage each party’s role.
