When I Work, a startup that provides shift-scheduling software to employers, is rapidly growing.

The St. Paul-based company started off last year with 40 employees and just hired its 100th employee, according to tech.mn.

With a growth rate of 150 percent, When I Work rates as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the Twin Cities. An analysis of LinkedIn data done earlier this month by tech.mn identified 24-month trends in employment changes. Landing page designer LeadPages led the pack with 284 percent growth, followed by farm management software developer Conservis (177 percent) and online health provider Zipnosis (166 percent).

When I Work, originally called ThisClicks, was founded in 2010. The company was a 2013 winner of the MN Cup high tech division.
