RedBrick Sees 100% Growth in Coverage with New Clients

An expanding client roster has helped RedBrick Health boost the number of people who receive its health and wellness services by 100 percent during the past six months.

RedBrick Health Corporation, a Minneapolis-based health technology company, is again touting its fast-paced growth.

The company develops for large, self-insured businesses a variety of employee wellness programs promoting healthy behavior with health assessments, social media interaction, and reward incentives.

It said Tuesday that its client roster has expanded-resulting in a 100 percent increase in the number of individuals covered by its services during the last six months. The company said it has seen 600 percent growth during the past two years.

Among its newest clients are ABB, a Switzerland-based provider of power and automation technologies; Seagate, a Cupertino, California-based hard drive and digital storage solution provider; and Serco, a Reston, Virginia-based provider of IT services to the federal government.

"With RedBrick's innovative, data-driven platform, strong rates of employee engagement, and a demonstrated return on investment, it was clear that they were the right partner to help us achieve significant savings on our company's overall health care expenditures," Phil Lloyd, ABB human resources manager for North America, said in a statement.

RedBrick Health has grown at a rapid pace. It said in May that it had added 50 employees during the first half of the year. And the company said in August that it had raised $5 million in a financing round-in addition to $5 million that the company raised earlier this year. The company reportedly intends to go public eventually.
