Local co-working space CoCo is one of the 17 “coolest” such spaces in the United States, according to news website Business Insider.

Co-working spaces, which have become popular in recent years, offer alternative office space to freelance professionals, small businesses, and corporate work groups. CoCo operates a 20,000-square-foot space at the Grain Exchange Building in Minneapolis and a 16,000-square-foot space in St. Paul’s Lowertown neighborhood.

According to Business Insider, The Game Room at CoCo’s Minneapolis location has all the equipment needed for a business meeting and will soon house Xbox and Wii consoles, foosball tables, and dart boards as well. The website also highlighted the Minneapolis space’s multiple “unique” meeting rooms.

CoCo offers in-room beverage service and catering for all meeting rooms at both the Minneapolis and St. Paul locations, according to Business Insider. Memberships for both locations start at $50 per month.

Other co-working spaces featured in Business Insider’s list include Citizen Space, which has locations in California and Nevada and allows members to bring their pets along; Green Spaces, which has locations in Denver and New York that offer co-working space for green start-ups; and Hera Hub in San Diego, which offers co-working space exclusively to female entrepreneurs.
